Activities during the Academic Year 2018-19​

  1. On 04-08-2018 weekend activities inaugurated for the year, 2018-19 and NSS volunteers participated in different activities.

  2. On 15-08-2018, Independence Day celebrated and NSS volunteers participated.

  3. A speech titled “The role of volunteers in NSS activities” was arranged to enlighten the NSS volunteers of our college on 01-09-2018 by inviting the resource person.

  4. NSS volunteers and officers celebrated International Literacy Day on 08-09-2019, An international democratic day with Sir M V birthday on 15-09-2019 and NSS day on 24-09-2019.

  5. Dr.Maadesh delivered a lecture on “First Aid in Health” for our NSS volunteers on 29-09-2018 as a part of an awareness activity.

  6. One day state level seminar titled “NSS – Issues and Challenges” organized on 29-09- 2018 as a part of the golden celebration of NSS at Mysore Vidyavardhaka College.

  7. On 02-10-2018, Gandhi Jayanthi was celebrated.

  8. On 13-10-2018, NSS volunteers and officers have done activities at the Slum area.

  9. As a part of 50 th year NSS celebration, one day state level seminar on “Gandhiji’s idea about NSS” was held at Vijaya college and our college volunteers participated.

  10. Conducted State Anthem competition for our college volunteers on 01-11-2019.

  11. Our college NSS volunteers attended intercollegiate leadership camp held at Kasthuri Ba Ashram, Arasikere TQ, Hassan Dist. From 29-11-2018 to 02-12-2018.

  12. AIDS awareness programme for NSS volunteers conducted on 01-12-2018.

  13. On 29-12-2018, a speech on ‘Human Rights’ was carried out by a Lawyer Mr.B.D. Vishwanath for our college NSS volunteers.

  14. Annual NSS camp was held at MADARAHALLI from 05-1-2019 to 11-01-2019.

  15. One day Taluk level workshop on “Health protection and medical plants” was organized in association with different organizations on 30-01-2019.

  16. On 01-02-2019, a Blood Donation camp was carried out at our college premises and also, personality development program was conducted on 10-02-2019.

  17. Our college NSS volunteer has participated in National Integration Camp held at Belagavi from 27-02-2019 to 05-03-2019.

Activities during the Academic Year 2017-18​

  1. NSS Volunteers have participated in ‘SWACH BHARATH ABHIYAN’ held at Govt. Autonomous College, Mandya on 05 th August 2017 and won the First Prize.

  2. Our College NSS Volunteers has also participated in ‘Patriotism Songs Competition’ held at Govt. College for Women, Mandya on 12 th August 2017 and won the Second Prize.

  3. Shivananda H R and Nandan kumar, NSS Volunteers, have participated in Adventure Camp held at ‘RASHTRIYA SHILAROHANA KENDRA’, Ramanagara from 21 st August 2017 to 23 rd August 2017.

  4. Four  NSS Volunteers have participated in 41 st intercollegiate camp held at Hanumanthanagara, Maddur Taluk, Mandya District from 24th September 2017 to 30th September 2017 and won the Rolling Shield.

  5. NSS Officers and Volunteers have participated in ‘World Tourism Day’ Celebration held at HOSABODANURU on 27th September 2017 and won Second Prize and
    Third Prize in the ‘Pick & Speak’ Competition.

  6. District Level Annual Camp (DLC) was conducted in CHANDAGALU Village from 01 st October 2017 to 07 th October 2017.

  7. Annual NSS Camp from our college was conducted in KANNALI of Mandya District from 03 rd January 2018 to 09 th January 2018.

  8. NSS Volunteer Sharathkumar M R has participated in 22 nd National level Youth Festival held at Jaipur, Rajasthan from 12th January 2018 to 16th January 2018.

  9. B.S.Madhushree, NSS Volunteer, has participated in Integration Camp held at Bidar in the month of February 2018.

Activities during the Academic Year 2016-17​

  1. NSS Volunteers Venkatesh R and Rupeshkumar have participated in State level Republic day rehearsal parade selection camp on 09 th September 2016
    11. On 24 th September 2016, NSS day was celebrated.
  2. On 2nd October 2016, Gandhi Jayanthi was celebrated.
  3. Ten NSS volunteers from our college have participated in District level annual special camp held at KOTHTHATHI Village of Mandya Taluk from 17 th January 2017 to 23 rd January 2017.
  4. NSS Volunteers participated in State level Workshop on ‘GANDHI VICHARA PRANEETHA’ held at HKV College of Maddur on 27th and 28th January 2017.
  5. Annual NSS Camp from our college was conducted in SOONAGANAHALLI of Mandya Taluk from 03rd February 2017 to 09th February 2017.
  6. NSS Volunteers Manu B N and Madhushree B S has participated in State level NSS Youth festival held at AKKAMAHADEVI ARTS AND COMMERCE COLLEGE FOR WOMEN, BAILAHONGALA from 24th February 2017 to 28th February 2017.

Activities during the Academic Year 2015-16​

  1. On 21 st June 2015, “International Yoga day” was celebrated.

  2. On 24 th September 2015, NSS day was celebrated.

  3. On 2 nd October 2015, Gandhi Jayanthi was celebrated.

  4. Eight NSS Volunteers have participated in District Level Annual Special camp held at MANIKYANAHALLI from 15th October 2015 to 21st October 2015.

  5. On 29th December 2015, “VISHVA MANAVA DINA” celebrated.

  6. Four NSS Volunteers participated in State level Workshop on ‘GANDHI VICHARA PRANEETHA’ held at HKV College of Maddur on 22 nd and 23 rd January 2016.

  7. NSS Officer has participated in ‘Nature Camp’ held at Rajeevgandhi National Park’ at Nagarahole from 28th January 2016 to 29th January 2016 organized by the University of Mysore in collaboration with PARISARA Foundation, Mysore.

  8. NSS Volunteer Rakshitha has participated in the ‘National Integration Camp’ held at MUDABIDIRE of Mangalore University in the month of February 2016.

  9. Annual NSS Camp from our college was conducted in HALEBUDANURU of Mandya Taluk from 11th March 2016 to 17th March 2016.

Activities during the Academic Year 2014-15​

  1. On 27 th July 2014, our college NSS wing has adopted ‘KAALIKAMBHA SLUM’ Layout and on every Saturdays cleaning activities have taken place in that layout.
  2. Various competitions were conducted in our college on account of ‘International Youth Day’ on 12th August 2014.
  3. Six NSS Volunteers have participated in a camp held at ‘BIDARAHALLI’ of Maddur Taluk from 26th October 2014 to 14th November 2014.
  4. On 16th January 2015, 30 NSS Volunteers have participated in Hygiene and Clean Programme held at Mandya Court Premises.
  5. One NSS Volunteer has participated in State level Workshop on ‘GANDHI VICHARA PRANEETHA’ held at HKV College of Maddur on 23 rd January 2015.
  6. Annual NSS Camp from our college was conducted in NAMBINAYAKANAHALLI of Maddur Taluk from 20th February 2015 to 27th February 2015.

Activities during the Academic Year 2013-14​

  1. On 22nd July 2013, our college NSS wing has adopted the ‘SLUM’ Layout, and on every Saturdays cleaning activities have taken place in that layout.
  2. NSS Volunteer Veeresh N M has participated in Republic day rehearsal parade selection camp on 09th September 2016 held at Mysore.
  3. Eleven NSS Volunteers have participated in District Level Annual Special camp held at ‘CHOWDRIKOPPALU’ from 21st September 2013 to 27th September 2013.
  4. On 24th September 2013, NSS day was celebrated.
  5. On 02nd October 2013, Gandhi Jayanthi was celebrated and 25 NSS Volunteers have sent to DC Office for the program.
  6. Veeresh N M, NSS Volunteer, has participated at South zone Republic day rehearsal parade selection camp held at Salem, Tamil Nadu from 07th October 2013 to 16th October 2013.
  7. Veeresh N M, NSS Volunteer, has participated at Republic day rehearsal parade selection camp held at MANIKSHA PARADE GROUND, Bangalore from 15th January 2014 to 27th January 2014 and received appreciation from Governor and Chief Minister of Karnataka.
  8. Sharavathi, NSS Volunteer, participated in Women Volunteers’ National Integration Camp held at Karnataka state Womens’ University, Bijapur from 30th January 2014 to 05th February 2014.
  9. Annual NSS Camp from our college was conducted in MADARAHALLI of PandavapuraTaluk from 14 th February 2014 to 21st February 2014.
  10. Six NSS Volunteers have participated in 39 th intercollegiate camp of NSS held at Kasturi ba Gandhi National Memorial Trust, Arasikere, from 02nd March 2014 to 08th March 2014.
